Swept by all winds

Here the only true companion of the dunes is the wind, sometimes mistral or tramontane, south-east, southwest thermal breeze. It shapes the landscape every day according to its inspiration and for the biggest happiness of the kitesurfeurs. Beauduc is for us a magical place to preserve, to respect. Because of its size and geography, Beauduc’s Bay allows us to ride with all wind directions. Depending on your level and the weather conditions you can discover, progress and ride in a lagoon or cross the bay downwinding!

Logistics and Atmosphere

soirée à beauduc
An 8km track gives access to Beauduc Bay by car (20 to 30 minutes depending on the vehicle and the state of the trail). Beauduc being in a protected natural area, you will not find water, electricity, toilets, or shops. So you need to be self-sufficient in water and food (remember to limit unnecessary packaging).

For accommodation you can after each session take the track back and join one of the hotels in Salins de Giraud (see below) or to make the most of the spot, camp on site with us. You will need to bring the camping essentials for your sleeping and cooking.

Our instructors stay in the evening and organize a camp. If you decide to camp on the spot you’ll need 5 liters of water a day, food that can stay in the heat, ecological toilet paper and a mosquito repellent.
